IMPORTANT: It is extremely important that you keep all packaging materials until you determine that the artwork is in an undamaged condition. UPS, FedEx, and USPS will not approve damaged delivery claims without the original packaging!
Why are the Fine Art Photographs shipped unframed?
Shipping unframed simplifies the process significantly and helps keep the cost down for the purchaser and collector. By shipping unframed, we allow you to take the print to your professional framer and select exactly the style of matting and framing you need to match your home or office decor. Shipping unmatted and unframed also allows for much quicker delivery of your fine art photographs.
Images are shipped in rigid, archival plastic sleeves that insure that they arrive in perfect condition. Gregg Albracht highly recommends that you do not personally handle the print itself, but take the sleeved image to your professional framer to minimize the chance of potential damage from creases and fingerprint oils.
How are returns for Fine Art Photographs handled?
Gregg Albracht works very hard to make sure all of his collectors and clients are 100% satsified with their purchases.
If for whatever reason, you change your mind about a print, send it back and your purchase will be refunded once Gregg Albracht safely receives the print.
If the print arrives damaged, please contact Gregg Albracht. We will have to file a damage claim with the delivery company and we will work hard to make sure that your money is refunded in a timely manner.
If the print is damaged while in your possession, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Each image is a photographic piece of artwork, part of a limited edition, and an irreplaceable part of a series. This policy helps perserve the value of Gregg Albracht's fine art images for all of his collectors.
